Posters must include the following information

​

1. Size and format of Posters: Each of the poster presenters will be provided with a tri-fold poster board upon arriving at the conference. Presenters are free to arrange the material upon the board as they see fit, as long as they follow the specified guidelines above. The posters will be placed on tables for easy setup. 

2. Minimum font size of 12.

3. Include your name, institution, and email address on your poster so attendees can contact you directly.

4. Make sure there is an explicit connection to the theme of the conference.

 

You may wish to consult sites for free poster templates or visit other sites for ideas on how to create a poster.

During Poster Session

​

There will be several poster sessions where people will have the opportunity to showcase their poster. Please review the schedule for the location.

• Arrive 10 minutes prior to the session and be prepared to start on time.

• You must be at your poster during this session ready to discuss your poster.

Digital Versions of Poster

 

Authors of posters listed in the program may also opt to post an online version (PDF) of their poster on the IAPT website, which would be accessible to the entire membership.  If you would like to add a PDF of your poster to the IAPT biannual meeting online gallery, you will need to send a PDF file of your completed poster to (2025.IAPT@gmail.com)
